Spartacote Sparta-Chip Floor System
I wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation to the Installer's of my Spartacote Sparta-Chip Floor System last week. As a retired Fire Department Chief Officer I recognize and appreciate professionalism, and the crew of Matt, Joe and Bobby were just that. They started the job right on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were very respectful of my property and made sure everything was left in good shape along with my glistening new floor! The refinishing of my garage floor was the last segment of a complete garage makeover and as you can see by the photo, it turned out to be the crowning jewel. My thanks also to Kevin Sweet for coming out and presenting the informative product presentation that convinced me that Spartacote and Trademark Garage Floors was the right choice.

There are a few things folks need to know about Trademark Garage Floors:
- Their price is extremely competitive.
- Sales personnel who come to your home and explain the process are quite knowledgeable. polite, personal and professional. No sales pitches or gimmicks.
- Customer receives a call as to the date the project will commence.
- En-route the home owner receives a call informing them of their approximate arrival time. If you are told “we will arrive by 0800”, I assure you they will knock on your door a couple minutes before 0800.
- The employees take extra care to ensure any item(s) that can be moved outside the garage are not damaged
- We witnessed the employees performing their jobs at various stages throughout the day. One had been with the company for a little over four years, yet another stated it was his first day. He followed all instructions given to him. Had I not asked, I would have thought he was a seasoned employee. The man in charge happened to be the owners son. The three worked as a precision team. Orders were not barked; simple instructions were given. A good example of team building.
- During the application process and at the conclusion of the job, all debris was picked up, garage floor swept out, and all items, which had been removed, were re-positioned.
I can't put into words how pleased we are with the “new look” of our garage floor. Friends and relatives are amazed with the look, feel, color and most of all, how meticulously applied.
Outstanding product purchased from and applied by professionals.
On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give this company a 12.
