Residential Concrete Coatings

Great work crew, very knowledgeable about the job. Hard working guys. Good quality work. Cleaned up the area when job was completed. I’m updating my review by expressing my dissatisfaction with your company. I was given a certificate of lifetime warranty, which was the selling point of hiring your company. After 3 months started noticing hairline cracks which eventually got worse and chipped the paint in one area. I have sent pictures of the damaged, have communicated with two employees by phone and my latest conversation was with the production manager. What I have been told is that they are not going to cover it and that it was going to cost us $250 to fix it. The salesman that came to sell us the product pushed the lifetime warranty pretty hard. We were mislead. Overzealous is the word the manager used to describe the salesman. I’m one of 293 homes in my park. Your business was promoted by word of mouth on at least 10 jobs here. So I am going to put a great effort into promoting your company in the most negative way I can. I’m going to start my negative promoting today. I will be checking with previous customers of yours within the park to evaluate their satisfaction with the lifetime warranty. From a 0 to 10 satisfaction of handling this I rate a 0.

Very professional and easy to work with

The crew showed up right on time and completed the pool deck and patio as requested and we are very happy with the outcome, Very professional group and they cleaned everything up when finished. The Reve flex coating was more than I expected and it looks great. Thank You
